Tourism Advisory Board Meeting
The Currituck County Tourism Advisory Board will meet on Monday, July 14, 2008, 5:00 p.m. at the Board Meeting Room in Historic Currituck Courtroom.
New Welcome Center Grand Opening
The public is invited to join Currituck County officials and the Department of Travel and Tourism staff in celebrating the Grand Opening of the Welcome Center on Monday, June 9, 2008.
Currituck County's new Welcome Center is located in Moyock, at 106 Caratoke Highway. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. and continue until 7:00 p.m., with refreshments being served. No RSVP is necessary.
Citizens will have the opportunity to tour the inside of the Welcome Center, view the tourism displays, and speak with members of the Travel and Tourism staff.
